Qualification

Master's degree (18 yrs) in relevant field/area

Experience

Minimum eight (8) years of overall professional experience, out of which at least four (4) years in the current role within Institutional Research and/or Quality Assurance at a reputable higher education institution. A strong understanding of HEC policies, institutional research methodologies, data analytics, and quality assurance frameworks is essential.

  • To assist the Sr. Manager/Manager IR/QEC in developing reports related to HEC-QAA Yearly Progress Targets. Will review the YPR Targets and reports prepared by IROs and check evidences of each campus.
