The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of retail experience, including at least one year in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, customer service, and organizational skills are a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with store operations and team supervision
- Support sales targets and merchandising efforts
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock control
