Job Description
Responsibilities:
Oversee all maintenance activities including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, DCS, PLC and automation. Lead plant turnarounds form committees, plan and run meetings to ensure safe, on-schedule, on-budget execution. Perform root cause analysis for critical or recurring equipment issues, conduct hands-on equipment repairs on-site if needed. Oversee maintenance work requests via CMMS (NetSuite), manage spare parts (MRP, procurement, annual stock take). Support Manager in annual CAPEX budgeting schedule and implement CAPEX projects, propose reliability and sustainability improvements. Develop and schedule preventive/predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability. Collaborate closely with Production, HSSEI, Supply Chain, and Laboratory divisions. Manage instrument/equipment calibration and maintain updated documentation. Maintain and update maintenance procedures and instructions.
