Job Description
As part of the engineering building systems team, you will be responsible for the good maintenance of Mechanical Systems such as air-conditioning system which include chiller plants, air handling units/stations, fan coil units, mechanical ventilation system, engineering smoke control, sprinkler system, total gas flooding system, water monitors, water reticulation system, Lifts/Escalators/Travellators and Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System. You will also be involved in the innovative efforts to improve equipment performance and productivity of work processes. Some of the innovative work would include establishing digitalisation roadmap, partnership agreements with innovative solution providers, trial and implement wireless Internet of Thing (IOT) platform to support sensorisation and digital twining of M&E systems, implement energy savings trial and scale up if return of investment make business sense.
