Qualification / Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree will be considered an added advantage.
- 5–7 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing telephone exchange operations and managing communication teams.
- Proven leadership abilities with strong expertise in Customer Service Solutions, Crisis Communication Handling, and Operational Oversight.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills with a keen attention to detail.
