(What the role is) Part of the Digital Industry and Talent Group in IMDA, the Human Capital Cluster (HCC) seeks to strategise and develop talent attraction initiatives to help Singapore position itself to capture opportunities in the digital economy. You will be part of HCC's Talent Development division that manages programmes to groom a pipeline of talent to drive the Digital Economy and become the next generation of leaders in the infocomm media (ICM) sector. (What you will be working on) What you will be working on: Champion digital transformation and business process reengineering initiatives for Talent Development division that enables enhanced customer experience and improved productivity for the delivery of leadership programmes under IMDA's SG Digital Leadership Accelerator.
