What you will be working on:The Services Division (SVC) oversees a range of Government services and schemes designed to enable and encourage family formation and support families through different life stages. The Baby Bonus Branch administers the Baby Bonus Scheme, a key initiative to support marriage and parenthood in Singapore. The Operations Policy and Planning Unit is responsible for ensuring the proper administration of the Baby Bonus Scheme. Its core work involves looking into how scheme initiatives are designed and implemented and conducting service journey reviews.
