Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – International Freight will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring smooth execution of international air and ocean freight Sales, and supporting profitability targets. The role involves building relationships with Direct Customers only. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Partner Management Identify, engage, and onboard new Direct Customers for Air and Ocean freight to achieve revenue and growth targets. Use DTDC Worldwyde network to grow the freight business Develop and maintain relationships with prospects and key accounts, including senior-level decision makers. 3X GP to be delivers based on the monthly CTC Track and Report sales performance metrics and adjust statergies as needed.
