Job Responsibilities
1. New Hire / Intern Onboarding Experience & Engagement
Facilitate onboarding for all new S&A hires and students
Plan and execute induction programmes for new staff and interns
Lead and coordinate Learning Journeys and Career Fairs with local polytechnics and universities
Support initiatives that enhance well-being and engagement
Raise relevant ePR purchases
2. Employee Recognition
Lead employee recognition initiatives
Provide administrative support and assist in preparing materials, logistics, communications, and tokens for recognition events
Track participation, consolidate feedback, and maintain recognition records
Assist with awards and accreditations processes, including documentation and submission requirements
