About Redwood Redwood Edutours designs learning journeys for school students across India and the world. We work with 50+ leading IB and international schools, and over 30,000 students have traveled with us. Our programs are built around real places, real communities, and real learning — mapped to curriculum, co-designed with teachers, and delivered by a team that cares deeply about what education can be. We've grown from a team of 8 to 35, and we're building toward 70. As we scale, we need someone who can hold our culture through that growth — and build the infrastructure that makes it possible. The Role We're looking for an HR Manager who understands that in a small, fast-moving team, HR isn't just process. It's culture. This role covers the full spectrum: recruitment, onboarding, performance, compliance, payroll, and employee wellbeing.
