ASSISTANT MANAGER - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Design and enhance the organization’s performance management philosophy, framework, and annual cycle.
Assess current processes and recommend improvements aligned to best practices and business needs.
Lead the transition to continuous performance management, including KPIs/OKRs, check‑ins, and real‑time feedback.
Performance Cycle Management
Oversee annual and mid‑year performance reviews, calibrations, and goal‑setting processes.
Manage timelines, communications, and tools to ensure smooth execution.
Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure fair and consistent application of performance standards.
Data, Insights & Reporting
Analyze performance ratings trends and produce insights for leadership.
Provide analytics that link performance outcomes with talent, rewards, and engagement indicators.
