Monitor bot performance using analytics dashboards. Use data to prove ROI and identify where bots are failing or underperforming.
Act as the translator between technical developers and non-technical business heads to ensure automation meets compliance and regulatory standards.
Ensure all bots adhere to banking security protocols, especially regarding sensitive customer financial data.
