Job Description
Responsibilities: Prepare cost review reports, including monitoring of project budgets, committed costs, actual expenditures, and variation orders. Identify potential cost risks and provide forecast on possible budget overruns. Conduct procurement reviews, including identifying of budget shortfalls, evaluating of subcontractor terms and conditions, responsibility matrices, and compliance of contract requirements. Identify procurement risks and recommend corrective actions where necessary. Perform post-project cost analysis, reviewing expenditure, unit rates, material wastage, and document key lessons learned to support continuous improvement and future cost benchmarking. Support the Global DX Centre (GDXC) to accelerate digital transformation initiatives, including coordination, covering end-to-end procurement processes such as quotation sourcing, evaluation, supplier feedback, and system enhancement activities.
