Proven experience in fashion retail, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
A strong passion for style, detail, and exceptional customer experience
Solid commercial awareness with the ability to support sales growth and KPIs
A confident team leader who can motivate, coach, and lead by example

Monthly/ Quarterly/Yearly performance bonus
Roster Days: Tuesday-Saturday
Store hours: Daily 10 am - 6 pm - share flexi Roster
