- Support the procurement of consultancy and construction packages for the implementation of redevelopment projects in accordance with the organisations standards.
- Review and approve project schedules, method statements, material submission and permit to work during construction stage.
- Develop project governance policies and processes to deliver redevelopment projects
- Oversee and manage consultants and contractors in the delivery of their services in accordance with their contract terms
