Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and analyze IOC reports to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
- Conduct product performance analysis (top sellers and slow movers).
- Provide feedback on markdown and pricing strategies.
- Checking DCS and checking gaps in display in stores.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports including stock take preparation, damage reviews.
Store & Campaign Execution
- Monitor outlet performance and campaign productivity.
- Ensure timely implementation of new store displays and stock availability to VM as per guidelines.
- Push newness representation and ageing stock clearance strategies in stores.
- Address quality-related issues and manage RTVs.
- Provide clearance discounts, and broken range consolidation.
Stock Management & Optimization
- Review stock cover and provide actionable feedback.
