Job Description
Responsible for managing the P&L & driving sales for the store through efficient store operations, implementing the Stores retail marketing and sales plans, customer service delivery, motivation and retention of store personnel & adherence to company norms. Principal Accountabilities Plan, forecast, and report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements. Arrive at strategic and tactical solutions to the clients stated issues. Responsible for establishing and managing client relationship Business development with existing clients and new prospects. Manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the shop.
