Assist Senior OB Manager to drive shuttle team to reach agreed Service levels so as to meet or exceed customer expectations. Lead team to achieve or exceed productivity/cost/SLA (service level agreement) KPI target. Training team staff to follow company safety policy (EHS) to create a safety environment.Lead the fulfillment of lean logistics concept and best practice in DC.Make sure safety first and no injuring at work place.
