As an Assistant Manager at Boomarang you are responsible for ensuring that the venue runs smoothly, efficiently, and provides an exceptional experience for our customers.
You will set up the venue for the day’s activities, manage stock and supplies, and foster an inviting atmosphere where customers and colleagues feel valued.
Key Responsibilities:Daily Setup & Operations: Lead the setup and readiness of the venue for daily operations, ensuring all equipment, seating areas, and materials are arranged appropriately for customer service.
Customer Service Excellence: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, taking and serving orders while addressing any special requests or concerns.
Inventory Management: Support with daily checks on stock level ensuring adequate supply of all items (e.g., beverages, ingredients, service items) to meet operational needs and avoid shortages during peak times.
