Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
. Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations
. Lead, motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service
. Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
. Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities
. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, operational standards, and all company policies, procedures, and service protocols across the outlet
. Assist with team scheduling, training, and performance reviews
. Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency
. Oversee opening/closing procedures, inventory, and ERP-related tasks
. Carryout any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager
What We're Looking For
. Prior supervisory or management experience in F&B or hospitality
. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
. Hands-on, customer-focused, and a good team motivator
