Operations Management Oversee daily logistics operations including warehousing, inventory, and distribution activities Ensure smooth inbound and outbound processes to meet delivery timelines Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, order accuracy, inventory accuracy) Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives Team Leadership & Supervision Supervise and guide logistics staff, team leads, and operators Plan manpower allocation and scheduling to meet operational demands Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching/training Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures Inventory & Warehouse Control Ensure accurate inventory tracking and stock reconciliation Oversee stock audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations Maintain proper storage, handling, and housekeeping standards Transportation & Distribution Coordinate with transport providers and internal stakeholders Optimize delivery ro...
