Responsibilities
- Assist the Operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of store
- Manage and lead a team of nail technician and customer service officer
- Responsible for achieveing optimal sales
- Oversees outlet stocks inventory and control
- Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
- Build and establish good rapport with customers.
- Cooperative with management to roll out promotion, package, event, etc
- At least 3 year in nail & beauty service industry
- well-groomed
- Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, agressive, sales-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated
- Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff
- Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
- Able to work in a fast-paces environment
