Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager & Operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of store
- Manage and lead a team of nail technician and customer service officer
- Responsible for achieving optimal sales
- Oversees outlet stocks inventory and control
- Provide professional services in manicure, pedicure including nail art, gel acrylic, cuticle removal, shaping, massage, etc.
- Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
- Build and establish good rapport with customers.
- At least 1 year in nail & beauty service industry
- well-groomed
- Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, aggressive, sales-driven
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated
- Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff
- Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
