Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential sites for PakWheels service centers.
- Conduct market surveys and field visits to shortlist high‑potential locations.
- Negotiate rental/lease terms and finalize site acquisition agreements.
- Coordinate with landlords, agents, and stakeholders for deal closure.
