Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety Culture (EHS): Promoting strict compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental standards, Ensuring zero-accident work environment.
Quality Control: Ensure compliance with Nidec quality standards, reducing scrap, internal rejection, and customer complaints. Support internal and external audits (quality, customers, certifications, safety, compliance) and ensure the implementation of corrective actions.
Operations Management: Lead and enforce strict adherence to SOP’s Safety Protocol and quality standards in respective shifts to minimize downtime and defects in Assembly area to deliver volume.
Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in the implementation of projects/Kaizens for waste reduction, layout optimization, Industry 4.0, line balancing, and increased productivity using innovative methodologies.
