Job Description
The Assistant Manager, Strategic Communications & Outreach will provide strategic leadership in planning, developing and executing integrated communication and outreach strategies that support both Corporate Communications and Marketing Communications functions.
The role plays a critical role in strengthening brand reputation, stakeholder trust, and engagement with internal and external audiences, while mentoring team members and ensuring high standards of content, governance, and delivery across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Lead the development and execution of integrated corporate and marketing communications strategies aligned with organisational priorities
- Translate organisational vision, strategies, and programmes into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences
- Provide strategic counsel to senior stakeholders on communication approaches, risks, and opportunities
