Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviews, to job offer.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies suitable for high-volume, technical, and customer-facing roles.
Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
