Key Responsibilities
- Technology Partner: Collaborate with business users (e.g. HR, Payroll, Finance) to understand their needs and assist in implementing effective technology solutions.
- Configuration Expertise: Configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll‑related configurations, PMGM, Time Management / Time Off, LMS, Recruitment and Onboarding, SmartRecruiters, etc.), including setting up public holiday calendars, work schedules, substitutions, absences, validation rules, workflows, and role‑based permissions for various employee categories and locations.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure HR applications comply with business controls, security standards, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations through disciplined configuration, access governance, and documentation.
