Job Purpose
This role is responsible for maintaining product parameter configurations across Trade Finance and Open Account systems, ensuring smooth end to end processing and workflow stability. The candidate will handle parameter updates, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate with business and technology teams to ensure timely resolution. The role also provides techno functional support to internal stakeholders, delivering consistent service within agreed SLAs.
Key Result Areas
- Strong working knowledge of Trade Finance systems, preferably Oracle OBTF/OBP (hands‑on experience preferred).
- Support configuration activities, including parameter updates, workflow changes, and charge setups.
- Ability to run basic SQL queries to validate data, check parameters, and troubleshoot issues.
- Assist in resolving L1/L2 parameter configuration‑related issues.
