The Assistant Manager plays a key role in leading and executing financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and insightful financial analysis. The role involves conducting end-to-end due diligence, preparing key sections of FDD/VDD reports, analyzing financial statements, identifying trends and issues, and engaging directly with clients or target management. The Assistant Manager also reviews and mentors junior team members, manages project timelines, and supports business development activities.
