Job Description The Unsecured/Secured Recovery Manager will be responsible for planning, supervising, and overseeing the recovery of Unsecured/Secured loans. This role involves monitoring overdue accounts, negotiating settlement, implementing effective management and execution of the loan recovery process, maximizing operational efficiency, and minimizing non-performing loans (NPLs) while optimizing recovery efforts.
