Job Description

Position Overview

Warehouse Systems & Applications Lead is a hybrid operational and technical role responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives in the warehouse. This position combines deep knowledge of warehouse operations with hands‑on system development capabilities to design, build, and optimize warehouse management systems (WMS), RF/mobile applications, dashboards, and workflow automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Warehouse Management System (WMS) Development
    • Design, develop, and continuously improve the in‑house Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    • Translate warehouse operational workflows into scalable system logic and applications
    • Manage WMS enhancement roadmap, prioritization, and feature implementation
    • Integrate WMS with ERP systems, RF/barcode solutions, automation equipment, and third‑party platforms via APIs
