Assistant Manager, Wellbeing Capability Development
NTU’s University Wellbeing Office (UWO) supports the University’s commitment as a Health Promoting University under the Okanagan Charter. We work to embed wellbeing into everyday leadership practices, team norms, and workplace systems across the University.
The Assistant Manager, Wellbeing Capability Development plays a key role in strengthening individual and organisational capability to support sustainable wellbeing. This role focuses on supporting the design and implementation of structured wellbeing learning initiatives, enabling leaders and units to translate wellbeing principles into practical team practices, and supporting the continuous improvement of capability-based interventions across NTU’s diverse academic and administrative units.
