We're looking for a confident, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy womenswear and gifting store in Warringah Mall. This is not a back-office support role - you'll be on the floor, setting the tone, lifting performance, and leading by example every day.
This role suits someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, and knows how to get a team performing without overcomplicating things. You'll support the Store Manager in driving sales, maintaining high visual standards, and creating a warm, consistent customer experience.
You'll work a Sunday-Thursday roster, giving you consistent weekends off Friday-Saturday.
