  • Manage customer relations: Develop and improve policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle project handovers: Plan and execute the delivery of vacant possession to customers, ensuring all documentation is ready and compliant.
  • Oversee defect management: Monitor and resolve all identified defects, from validation to final completion.
  • Provide excellent customer service: Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise contractors: Coordinate contractor schedules and provide performance feedback.
