The Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance supports the organisation via an efficient and robust financial system, which enables management and staff of Pro Bono SG (“PBSG”) to have timely and accurate information for informeddecisions.The role entails working collaboratively andclosely with internal teams and external stakeholders,includingregulatoryagencies,internal and external auditors,grantorsand donors,PBSG’s Sub-Committees and the Board.
Key Responsibilities- Month-end closing, supervision,and approval of work offinance staff.
- Completion of financial reporting to Management, AuditCommittee, Finance Committee,and the Board, asrequired,including:
- preparation of annual budget,
- annualfinancial statements,and
- monthlyfinancial review, and projections.
