What the role is:
You will be part of a dynamic HR team, under the HR Hub (Shared Services) team, which focuses on delivering efficient and effective HR Services. The HR Hub team centrally manages HR operational activities and queries to ensure operational performance and seamless service delivery. You will handle core HR functions including deployment processes, organisational changes, and system management.
What you will be working on:- Managing the end-to-end deployment activities in HR systems
- Support re-designation and organisational restructuring initiatives which include maintaining establishment jobs (EJ) and organisational structure updates in HR systems
- Support HR processes and perform transactions according to policies and procedures. This includes proposing effective solutions in addressing HR operational issues
