The Digital Economy is a key driver of economic growth for Singapore. Along with the economic promise of digitalisation comes domestic and global challenges. International collaborations and establishing government-to-government cooperation that enables interoperability of digital systems and governance frameworks between countries has become ever more important. You would be part of the International Relations, Policy & Strategy (IRPS) team under the International Group that spearheads IMDA’s digital diplomacy efforts. Your role is to build relations with IMDA’s foreign digital counterparts and drive Singapore’s work in international organisations such as the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), Asia Pacific Telecommunity (APT), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) amongst others.
