Role Overview
The Media Capability Development Division conceptualises and implements strategies that ensures Singapore’s Media Industry remain competitive, able to respond to evolving global media landscape, produce content that meets audience preferences and grow in commercial viability and profitability. This can be achieved by uplifting the competencies of key production roles such as Creative Producers, Directors, and Scriptwriters, and through adoption of emerging technologies, such as Virtual Production and Generative AI. The role will support IMDA’s mission as the Architect of Singapore’s Digital Future.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver talent development programmes to uplift the capability of local Creative Producers, Directors and Scriptwriters to produce commercially successful made-with-Singapore content.
