Overview
We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented individual to oversee the operation and maintenance of ChoaChuKang Complex, comprising ChoaChuKang Cemetery, Crematorium, and Columbarium. In this role, you will support the Senior/Executive Manager in managing a range of facilities and operational contracts across a large, public-facing environment. You will work closely with contractors, internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure efficient, safe delivery in compliance with regulatory and operational standards.
Responsibilities- Support implementation of maintenance regimes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service standards.
- Monitor facilities conditions, follow up on defects and rectification works.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements.
