Second level overseas Market support (line tickets) and Warranty Support Platform Mailbox response within targeted time.Dealer Query & claim analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) .Query & claim validation: approved / returned / rejected within shortest time.Claims on Paint & Corrosion queries assessed within targeted time.High-cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc)Regular reports to be issued before agreed deadlineWarranty claims allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplierNew Model Operation Codes Validation & Setup in system.Reporting to local and regional level.Educational Qualification and experience:
