The role requires exposure the WSSI and the interest in learning to forecast profit and sales effectively as you will eventually be managing your own product ranges. The ideal candidate will be collaborative in their approach to work as they will need to work closely with the buying team and be able to build good relationships with the distribution centre.
As as assistant merchandiser you hold a lot of responsibility, you should then, have a retail stores background in able to hit the ground running. They are happy to hear from candidates who are senior in an MAA role and looking for the first step into a larger role.
