Assistant Merchandising Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising Strategy : Assist in creating and executing merchandising strategies in line with company objectives.
2. Product Selection and Curation : Ensure product assortment meets customer needs and brand positioning. Also, ensuring a balance of trend-forward items and timeless classics that resonate with our target audience.
3. Inventory Management : Track inventory levels, forecast demand, manage stock levels, and implement strategies to minimize out-of-stock or excess inventory.
4. Performance Analysis : Analyze sales performance and product metrics to improve sell-through rates.
5. Assist in planning product launches, promotions and markdown strategies .
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with marketing, operations and warehouse teams to ensure alignment and execution of merchandising initiatives.
