Handle in-bound queries and provide one-stop solutions for users through calls, emails, whatsapp, walk-in Deliver and arrange roadshow for agencies / Swiss Privilege / Brokers based on business needs to promote usages / new functions / benefits of various digital platforms Assist in collecting user feedbacks on digital platforms all the time for continuous development / enhancement Assist in preparing and reviewing training materials and coordinating the training with agency training department Proactive in probing / observing end users behavior and identify user needs for transforming the digital platform to better shape Assist in investigating the root causes of system incidents and communicating the progress with user.
