Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure smooth workflow and safety compliance.
- Plan and organise manpower deployment for daily operational needs.
- Lead, guide, and mentor junior officers and staff.
- Carry out minor repair and maintenance works when required.
- Identify and report faults to maintain school safety and building upkeep.
- Accompany and coordinate with contractors during repair and maintenance works in school.
- Manage security and access control at school gates, including the Aljunied Road drop-off/pick-up point.
- Diploma in Facilities Management or related discipline from Building and Construction Authority (BCA), or equivalent qualification.
- Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment.
