Job Description
Assist in daily operations Ensure all assigned duties are carried out, and that resources are efficiently utilized. Prepare quotations, service agreements and tenders. Conduct site visits and advise on manpower requirements and costing for jobs. Tracking/Ordering consumables and supplies. Manage equipment and supplies inventory and replenishment as and when necessary. Manage and review staff daily attendance and performance. Assist in planing and implementing work schedule and manage manpower deployment or arrange for replacement of staffs when necessary.
