Job Responsibilities
- Manage multiple teams of technicians/engineers in field
- Motivate team members to achieve better performance
- Review team member performance and provide timely feedback
- Monitor on field team performance & keep a strict check
- Build relationship with car dealers
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide reports to data entry team and make sure all cars data entered is accurate
- Hire resources to add more teams in the city as per the requirement
