Overview We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily logistics, delivery coordination, warehouse operations, customer service support, administrative duties, and general operational activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across our distribution and manufacturing business while providing direct support to the Directors. Key Responsibilities Logistics & Delivery Management Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules and driver assignments. Supervise drivers and ensure deliveries are completed on time. Handle delivery-related operational issues and customer feedback. Oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements. Operations Coordination Coordinate daily operational activities across logistics, warehouse, and production.
