Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager. You will be responsible for the daily operations and service delivery of assigned outlet. You will also be involved in the execution of marketing and promotional strategies for the brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Area Manager in outlet operations to ensure compliance with health and safety standards as well as food handling hygiene standard
- Oversees smooth operations of up to 3 outlets
- Plan and maintain a safe level of outlet inventory and ensure strict receiving, checking and storage procedures of products for the outlet operation
- Perform food quality and customer service checks
- Be knowledgeable in MOM regulations and laws
- Plan staff schedule to maximise manpower resources and productivity, monitor and control labour cost through effective manpower scheduling and monitor staff leave
