Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator - Respiratory
Main duties
In this fast paced role, you'll be responsible for coordinating complex bookings, overseeing mailbox communications, preparing clinics, tracking patients through the Patient Tracking List, processing clinic outcomes and any other administrative tasks for the smooth running of the service.
Person Specification
Experience
- Minimum two years experience in previous administrative role within NHS setting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of 18 week referral to treatment
- System knowledge for Medway, CED, ICE
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with touch typing keyboard skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 GCSE or equivalent experience in similar position for 2 years
